Built by one person,
in one kitchen.
FridgeToForks is made and run by Scott Rosano in Murphy, North Carolina. Here is who that is, why this exists, and how to reach him.
Scott Rosano runs FridgeToForks. He is the president of Gigbuilder, a small software company in Murphy, North Carolina that has built booking and planning tools for working DJs and event businesses for years, and with his wife Nancy he runs a goat farm on the same hill. FridgeToForks is the first thing Gigbuilder has made for the kitchen.
It exists because every recipe site starts with what you want to cook and sends you to the shop. At 6:15 on a weeknight that is the wrong way round. The fridge is already open. The question is not "what should I make", it is "what can I make with this", and the honest answer includes the one thing you are short of and what to do about it.
So this one starts from the shelf. It only shows recipes your kitchen can reach, it names the missing item and offers a swap, and it rewrites the steps for the pans and machines you actually own. When it invents a recipe or adapts one, it says so, because AI makes mistakes and you are the one holding the knife.
There are no ads and nothing you tell it about your food is ever sold. That is not a feature, it is the heart of the privacy policy, and it will never get looser.
